Does anybody know the usual format of a two week notice that a person has to submit to the employer before taking another job?

Is there a .pdf of that somewhere floating around?

Thanks

just type up a paragraph and submit it to HR, sugar coat the crap out of it because these are the people who say "Yes" or "No" to the "Would you hire this person again?" question future employers ask

2 weeks notice is only for when you are going to quit and don't have another job in your pocket, before hand. ;)

In my business, due to "at will" employment agreements, people don't give notices...they just blow out, when they want to quit.

Hmm... doesn't sound like a good way to preserve relationships for future references though...
