I'm about to do a good ole format. Is there any software that'll do all the backing up crap for me. Like emails, favorites, and anything else?

note:
I must be getting old, I remeber the days when I used to love to spend an afternoon formatting my computer. Now I only do it for nessecity sake. 😕
