Is there software that will broadcast your routers IP to a specified location/email outside the networK?

I was looking for some software that I could run on my desktop that would monitor the publci IP address of my router and send the information to my office PC via email or something similar. So if I need to run remote access I would know the ip address of the router, etc.

I recommend DynDNS (free domain) and DNSer (automatic updating, runs as an NT service). It's what I use.
