Is there show or movie with a sloth?

On SNL they had a thing about sloths, and some of the pics seemed familiar, so I Google image searched and found this - http://uts.cc.utexas.edu/~gilbert/teaching/zoo369/sloth.html

For some reason, that top picture seems really familiar. It could possibly look like something from Star Wars or the dog/dragon from the Never Ending Story, but I can't figure it out.

Any ideas?

I think that is Zaboomafoo, which is a lemur 🙂

It's not Ice Age, that's a wierd sloth, and Goonies has the wrong kind of sloth...

Did you know sloths only climb down from the trees to crap? Consequently, the leading cause of death for sloths is being devoured by jaguars while on the crapper.

Go! Diego! Go! had a sloth in one episode. Diego rescued baby sloth and mommy sloth from a tree that was being knocked over by a mud slide. He had his rescue pack transform into a mud board and jumped onto a neighboring tree and pulled them to safety.
