If your only test will be your personal experience, it's very unlikely you'd be able to tell. About the only way to even know there was a difference would be by running a memory benchmarking program. Everything I've read shows that your own senses are not able to see a difference, unless you are doing some rare specialized usage scenario? For for gaming and other typical tasks, you just can't tell the difference.
