Is there really THAT huge of a difference between the x-530's and z-5300e's?

I bought the x-530's, and they are more than loud enough for me. My question is, are the z-5300e's just louder, or is the quality actually better?

wow, i was about to say that they have DTS, but no. I don't know why anyone would pay that much. I'm happy with my 530s.

Does anyone own both speakers, and can they tell a difference?

I have teh z-5300e's, and um... I'm happy.

I dunno about sound differences, but the z's pack 280 watts and the x's are only 70.

I have the Z5300e's, but that's because I got them for ~$89AR

yeah but like I said, the x's are plenty loud enough for me.

i debated for many months on buying either the 5300s or a begginers HT set.

Ended up with the athena point 5 set, a dayton 12inch sub, and a panny xr55.

loving it so far.
