Is there REALLY any way in which forwarding an e-mail would generate charity money?

the only way i can see this happening is if each person that forwards it also copies the person/company that is going to pay the money. otherwise i don't think there is any way to track it.

besides, there is no way a charity organization would ever do this. "Never underestimate an exponential." $0.03 for each person could easily spiral out of control.

There's got to be some intriguing theories and a newsletter for me to subscribe to somewhere in this thread...

microsoft and aol have teamed up to track all views/replies to this thread. 1 dollar will be donated for ebola virus research for each.

And once someone sets up a spambot to send 200 million forwards per hour, game's over.
