Is there or could there be a way to edit a pm you sent IF the other party hasnt opened it yet?

Meaning once I hit send maybe I for got to add something or worse yet what I sent was out of anger or in the moment that shouldnt of been said to the other party. Would there be any way one could retrieve the PM if the other party hasnt already opened it and read it? This way if what one wrote out of anger or the moment and has had a change of heart can get and delete it or re-write it out before the other end had a chance to read it and get very ticked off.

Just a thought to see if it can be done and I am missing where to find such feature or if it can be done at all in the near future.

No way to do it.
I often write scathing PMs/replys then never send them. It helps to get it out of your system.
