Is there high performance 512MB SS DimmStick

I was wandering is there 2x512=1024 high performance dual channel kit from some company which is SS (Single Sided). I've looked through the AnandTech site and I could not find anything (everything was DS-Double Sided). I?m looking into upgrading my memory and it has to be SS in order for Dual Channel to work with 4 sticks. I currently have OCZ 4200 EL Dual Channel 2x256=512MB on Gigabyte GA-7N400-Pro2. I hope I can upgrade with 2x512=1024 as along as I keep paired banks with same memory size of DIMM sticks (if I cannot let me know please). I know I can by same memory I already have and would work (as far as I know it is SS. If it is not please let me know) but this will give me only 1024 MB and I would like to have 1.5 GB if possible.
