Is there "Desktop Theme" support in Win2K???

In the past, I use WindowBlinds for my desktop themes manager.
I haven't heard much about DesktopX.

I think some of my ex co-worker use them to mimic unix terminal.

Simply put Super, it's not a standard desktop theme that will work with the themes utility in Win2k. Looks like a proprietary theme program is required.
