Is there anywhere to get decent HDMI cables and not get raped in the process?

Seriously, I don't need 24k solid gold cables here. I just want a couple of decent cables (read: won't fall apart when exposed to ... light/air/carbon/sperm/whatever) for a decent price. After all, shielded sleeved wire, plus a few HDMI connectors, 10 seconds of labor and shipping costs from China surely don't add up to $149.

Edit - Also, trying to find a DVI to HDMI cable as my stupid cable box doesn't have HDMI on it. Do I need a DVI + Audio, or is the audio carried by the DVI port too?
