Is there anyway to remove the Youtube suggested videos from the sidebar?

I'm livestreaming an event and the suggestions on the right side of the page while the event plays, have nothing to do with the title or content of the actual stream. I'm trying to find someway to completely disable it. Does anyone know how?

Any help appreciated.

I am wondering how to completely disable it so my viewers don't see it. I also don't know if they are watching full-screen, something which I have no control over.

I guess people will click the related videos if they want to.

Google makes their money from ads. They don't want viewers to leave YouTube and go to a different web site just because they lost interest in your video.
