Is there anyway to get XP to arrange the taskbar but not group items?

Like have it put all IE windows together and all explorer windows together, etc but not make them one?
 
I dont think you can arrange them...you can turn off grouping them into one, but then they windows will be open in whatever order you opened them, from left to right.
