Is there anyway to get rid of the stuff lop.com puts on your computer?

My friend told me for a pratical joke to go to lop.com So i did, now its taking over internet explorer. It made it my hompage, added a tool bar, and changed the default serch engine. I want it all gone, but I don't wanna reformat.

did not doing anything to me! no spyware did not leave anyexe. files anywhere on my drive and did not change my homepage! you must have let the site install stuff on your PC by agreeing to terms or something !
