Is there anyway to do this??

i have a win2kserver box doing nat and dchp to all my internal machines and ofcourse i can connect to anything on the outside. my question is:

is there anyway for the outside to connect to my internal box?? lets say i host a game of UT on my internalbox (192.169.0.100) and want somebody from the outside to join it. IS THAT POSSIBLE??

what program would be able to do that?? would it have something to do with ip forwarding?

Not exactly IP forwarding, but Port Forwarding.

You'd have to goto the practically networked site and read on what ports are needed. Then you'd have to set the system to automatically forward ANY calls to those ports, to a specific system on your internal network. It works, but takes some work to get it setup 🙂
