Is there anyway to contact netflix customer service via email to complain?

Bastards screwed me over this holiday season. I used to like the service and was happy with it, but these last few weeks everything was messed up. I really dont feel like calling, and obviously instant answers doesnt do anything for me.

I hate talking to customer support people lol. Im never mean, i just dont enjoy complaining to people. It'd be easier in a nice email, but whatever. Anyone know if theyd compensate me for one lost disc, 3 messed up discs, and shitty delivery because of the holidays? So annoying.
 
We are going to have a whole generation of cyber-nerds that never even had to pick up the phone to order a pizza.

They will probably slide you a free month. Netflix customer service is freaking great!

<but leave out the part about the holidays...they can't do much about that>
 
Don't be a pussy. Pick up the phone and tell them your complaint in a diplomatic matter. They may be able to offer you something 🙂
