Is there anyway to capture video from another PC over a network?

Basically I'm looking into figuring out how I can capture video using a software capturing program. What I want to do, however, is copy the video feed from one PC using a different PC on the same network. Basically my network is like this:

----DSL Modem----
-----------|-----------
----Hub/router-----
------/----|----\------
--PC1--PC2--PC3--

What I want to do is something like use PC2 to capture what is going on on the screen of PC3. Does anyone know of any software or way that I could do this? I suppose that I could use remote desktop to view what is going on and record the video like that, BUT that would be disturbingly laggy and I don't know if it could capture the video fast enough.

Does anyone know the video rate that remote desktop can do? :)

[edit: sorry hit post before I was even half way done! :p ]

Hrmm... now that I think about it, when using remote desktop, doesn't it log out the user of the other computer? So that might not work.. does anyone know some sort of alternative software that I can use to do this?
