Is there anyway I can make Spybot S&D resident block spyware silently?

hello, it's really frustrating everytime I go to ebay and it says Spybot has blocked "doubleclick" or w/e. Is there any setting to make it block the spyware silently?

Go to the immunize page and select "Block all pages silently"

Get Spyware Blaster. It simply deflects them without popping up error messages. I've found it to be much more effective than Spybot, and it's updated more frequently. It doesn't even run in the background, so it doesn't use any resources. Linky
