Is there anything wrong with surecom products?

at my local comp shop, surecome switches are priced $20 less than the same dlink/smc switch. will the surecom switch give me the same performance as the dlink or smc? anyone have any experiences with it?

you get what you pay for. go with someone reputable. i purchased a NIC from Asante. damn
thing was so horrible. my pc wouldnt boot up with it, and i reverted to a dlink. no problem
ever since!
