Is there anything that you can eat or not eat,

I've just been so tired and worn out since as long as I can remember. I lack the energy to go out and do things. I try to eat balanced and good foods. And I get plenty of sleep. I'm just so tired all the time. And in turn, I don't exercise as often.

Perhaps my iron is low? Or low blood sugar? What could cause this?

depressed?

That might be it. But I was thinking maybe diet was the cause.

unlikely...see your GP i suggest. Certainly getting out and doing more excercise will give you a nice seratonin level boost, you'll be getting sleep your body actually needs etc..

what kind of tired? sleepy tired or fatigued tired? try popping a multivitamin every morning. eat more fruit and veggies and try to phase out the coffee (if u drink at all)

Have you doctor test your blood for anemia or other problems.

Are you really eating healthy? Do you get omega 3 fats?

I went a while back and was told I have a small/slight case of anemia. That was a year or so ago. How would I go about correcting that?

If it's nutrition, take a fish oil supplement and a good mutlivitamin. You won't find a good vitamin at typical stores. Those vitamins are designed for advertising, not health. They use cheap a$$ ingredients that you can't absorb. They lack so many nutrients.

I'd recommend these:

I used to have anemia. I've been taking those for several months among other diet changes and my last blood results were excellent in all regards according to my doctor. I also have a lot more energy.

When I had anemia I was taking 2 centrums a day, and I ate cheerios all the time. Yet I had iron deficiency anemia. Iron alone in your diet isn't enough. You need many other nutrients to absorb it properly.

Drink plenty of water - dehydration will make you tired.
Exercise 3-4 times a wekk for 30-60 minutes
eat a healthy diet with plenty of complex carbs like rice and bread
do not eat processed foods with sugar like candy bars, cookies, cake, soda, mcdonald's, etc.
get 8 hours of sleep
last but not least find something that mkes you want to get up early and the morning and work hard... basically something that strongly motivates you to live and be succesful.
if you do all this I guarantee you will feel great.

Yes.

After I worked out, my hearing and vision would get bad. I was in that bad of shape. Like you know when you wake up and sometimes your vision slowly comes to. That was happening.

Also eat stuff like broccoli and spinach.
