Is there anything that i can eat a lot without gaining weight

Cabbage + Water (I think the water makes the cabbage expand? I think this is how the Japanese guys always wins the Hot Dog eating contest; they train by eating only cabbage and water to expand their stomach).

No, the Japanese guy didn't do any training. He has an abnormally large stomach to begin with, but the mechanism within his stomach that tells people when they're full, doesn't function in his. He was on one of those 20/20 show years before he even began eating competitions, and it use to show him getting banned from all sorts of All You Can Eat restaurants because he would eat so much. He use to have a big rice cooker that was filled with ramen noodles, and he would eat from that while studying.

I always thought those rice cake flavored things were ok, you could eat quite a few of them, and be full, and i think they're still pretty healthy for you.

Who says that's not food?

I keep telling the women around here it is, so SHUT UP!

Coconut Oil is great, too so long as you get pure stuff that hasn't been altered. It will help you feel full, speed up your metabolism, and has several other healthy properties.
