"Well the Jets are falling faster than a Britney Spears single these days...."

Ugh. Just heard this on my local news station and cringed so much my eyes watered. Any other gems around the country?

unfortunately, it just isn't local sportscasters. i can barely stand espn with all their scripted, lame lines.

but yeah, locally, i have to deal with boston fox25, who not only have the lamest sportscasters, but they feel the need to script little "clever" sports segues to every segment- weather, traffic reports, etc.

painful.

ESPN sportscasters > FSN sportscasters > Versus (haha!)

FSN folks don't have a script ... and so they fumble over everything they say. It's amusing at times, but just makes me cringe at other times.

People who watch Sunday night local news?

I can't help it. Work weekend nights. Need to keep abreast of both local and national happenings. Oh, and troll ATOT during said nights.
