Is there anything on the Wii worth playing?

I won't. I think I've gotten too old for frustrating platformers. I about chucked the wiimote through the window a few times and finally decided to stop before I broke something. In teens and early 20's I would have just broken something. 😀

Haha, I have broken a controller and a mouse before, the former in Street Fighter and the latter in Starcraft.

Only multiplayer games get me really frustrated.

If you try playing the game with a friend, it could be more/less bearable, depending upon the chemistry between you two.

I guess not playing multiplayer may be my problem. I can get my gf to play super mario with me, so that's fun. Other than that, I don't really game with anyone else

I'll give galaxy 2 another shot too

I honestly haven't found many games on the Wii that held my interest for long. Super Mario Galaxy is good, but the controls got annoying for me after awhile, so I just stopped. New Super Mario Bros was pretty fun, but the later levels get sadistically difficult so I stopped playing for the health of my controllers, TV and heart. Other than that most stuff I play a few times and stop.

I liked the difficulty of the final castle. It's the first Mario game in recent memory where it actually took me multiple runs to get through the last level.

The only level I would describe as sadistic though would be 9-7. Took me a real long time to get through that one. I beat it recently in three player mode and it was hilariously difficult.

Okami
Muramasa: The Demon Blade
MadWorld

These are three of my favorite Wii games. Highly overlooked and you can get for pretty cheap these days.

I think the issue is that the games you are playing are all sequels; which are rarely more impressive than the originals.

This. Plus No More Heroes 2 and Monster Hunter Tri.

super mario galaxy 1,2 both great games
super mario brothers
mario cart
wii sports
wii sports resort

but it shins on little kids. my 4 yr old loves it. the games are easy and fun.

i prefer my PS3 though

Super Mario Galaxy 1 & 2 are in my top 10 console games.
New Super Mario Brothers is good, but the multiplayer, in my opinion, is mostly a gimmick. I have more fun playing on my own.

Zelda: Twilight Princess is fun.

Kiddo loves some motion controlled Dora games and most sports-related games too.

No More Heroes, Raving Rabbids 2 (multiplayer), Mario Kart (multiplayer), Goldeneye. If you don't like SMG well... I simply can't understand that...
