Is there anything like a PO Box not owned by the post office

So I just found out my PO Box is basically useless since everyone I buy from uses UPS and FedEx.

Are there any other alternatives? It is looking increasingly likely that I am going to have to rent some office space..

Ok there is not a mail boxes etc or UPS store in my area. Yes we are a bit secluded out here. There are a couple FedEx/Kinkos around the block but as far as I can tell they do not offer such a service.

Dammit this school is going to be really pissed about the volume of mail they are going to be receiving in the very near future...
