That power supply should be fine unless you get crazy with the add ons and go with a monster vid card like the geforce Ultra. In that case you might run out of juice, but I doubt it.

Make sure you get a good cpu cooling fan. The stock one bites butt. The Global Win fop32-1 is cheap, easy to find and works very well. Other good ones are the new Alpha 66, Alpha pal6035, and even the Chrome ORB should suffice. It looks the coolest. I am running the Hedgehog all copper with a ys-tech 26cfm fan and it also works great, but the copper HS is pricey.

What mobo? I am leaning towards the MSI KT7 PRO2a as my favorite. I just used one in my wifes system and it is an impressive board. It was very easy to set up and overclock.

Erik,
Are you planning on Overclocking it? If So, the current "king of the Hill" is the K7pro2a.
The 250 watt enlight is on the "approved" list- should be enough power to handle the system-provided that you don't go nuts with video, cooling etc

A minor yet major thing. Heat is bad. The AMD chips, while kicking big bootie, are notorious for getting awfully warm. Make sure that you've got a heatsink and fan slapped on that bad boy before you even -think- about powering up. ;)

The GeForce2's all use less power than the original Geforce's if I am not mistaken. I think you should be fine with that ps. Good Luck.
