Is there anyplace that I can "turn in" an old laptop?

The reason I as is that I have an old 90Mhz/16MB RAM Winbook XP that has seen better days. The hinges are broken, and it won't stay open. Other than that it works fine. Is there any online place that takes these and maybe refurbishes them for someone to use? I'm really only looking for a little bit cas or a tax write off...I figure it's prolly worth $100-150 tops.
