yep i have. i had really bad skin and tried a lot and this was one of the things that i tried.
It got worse before it got better, then my skin just got worse.
It might work for those with mild acne, but not moderate to severe.
The only thing that worked was topical medications from my dermatologist. 🙂

Those don't even work for me. Months and months and little improvement but significant side effects. I'm taking antibiotics too but it doesn't matter. I can't win it seems.
