hi all.

i was just wondering if any whitty programmer has created a workaround so that users don't have to use itunes to load songs onto their ipods. my old man wants me to put some new music on his ipod, but i don't want to install / configure itunes to do it as i prefer window media player.

Not sure if there's a WMP plugin, but I believe there is a winamp plugin and possibly one for foobar as well. Further there are third party programs which allow you to load music onto it, such as ephpod and anapod. Why you'd rather go to all this trouble than have a player which allows you to use a file manager is beyond me, however.

ahh so it is possible then....
i'll have to do a good search on the internet after work for one.

I like windows media player, i like it all-in-one style, and i have my whole library set up in it. I don't want to set up anything in itunes when i won't even be using it for anything except this one task. thanks for the help though. I'll post if i find anything.
