Is there any WinOnCD Compatible Software?

Just curious if anyone knows of a good CD authoring tool similar to Roxio's WinOnCD(WinOnCD 5). Note that 119DM = $60 us.

Am looking for the ability to make my own video CD's (I know most packages do this) and to make photo albums that play in DvD players. Essentially, I want the ability to author simple multimedia CD's that play in DvD players. WinOnCD does a nice job of compiling photo albums that will play in DvD players, but as far as I know it isn't available for sale in the US. The software needs to be compatible with Windows 2000.

Hmm, Ricoh was packaging their CDRW's with WinOnCD for a while, so I assume there is some form of US distribution...

Hmmm, still haven't been able to find it in the US. I imagine the CDR bundle was intended for overseas markets or was a test to see if it had market potential here. I guess I'll have to download a hacked copy since they won't sell it or ship it to the US. Hey...I tried to buy it legally.
