I have one machine w/ 98se and one with xp pro.. a usb printer on the 98 machine. Is there any way to make them talk so the xp pro machine can use the printer as well.. both machines are hooked to a d-link DI=704p with print server
 
errm you don't neeed to do anything special for that.
is your printer connected to the print server? if so, even a mac can print from it no problem
 
ya, simply share the printer and xp will probably go find it itself given enough time.
