Is there any way to turn this animated gif into an AIM buddy icon? Man I wish their limit for file size wasn't so low.

Nope. 7 k is max filesize.

EDIT: you *could* do it, but the quality is going to be unacceptable...

You'd have to open in some photo editing program for gifs (E.G.--Image Ready), and save each slice in a lower quality form. Might be too much trouble.
