Is there any way to stop Visual J++ from catching every error in a web browser and asking me to debug it?

I just installed Visual J++ and when I come to a site that I guess has a Java error, it pops up a little box asking me if I want to debug it.

Is there an option I can set to stop it from doing this?

the thing is, i installed it too, and the "disable script debugging" always unclicks itself in ie5, so strange things can happen.

if you have "mdm.exe" running at startup or whatnot, shut it down.
