You won't believe it, but anti-freeze works awesome.
No, it won't fix the current stain, but a splash in the cat's water bowl will prevent all future stains.

Why would anyone allow a cat in their home? I swear that a cat's only purpose is to plot pain, anguish and ultimately death on all humans.

Have you tried different food? Have you tried mixing wet/dry food? Do you gradually transition foods (mix some new/old gradually increasing new) when changing food?

Do you rotate food to prevent food allergies?

I did try several foods. I also realized that 99% of food is garbage from the get go as it's all grain based, but I did find one that is actually meat based. Her vomiting is in cycles, she can be good for like 2 weeks, then for 1 week it's almost every day. Though changing between different foods I never tried, I'd have to find another food that is meat based and try that.

Think the chair is toast. Just can't get the smell out, though now it does not smell as much like puke, just a combination of chemicals. So maybe I can try vinagar before I decide to trash it. What happens is that it seems fine, but putting any kind of pressure on it releases smells from the cusion.

I guess the next chair I get will be cloth, leather sounded like a good idea at the time but never considered that it would find a spot to seep through and then get trapped.
