Is there any way to overclock GF2MX without putting a prog. in my startup file?

I use RivaTuner right now, but i don't like having programs startup with windows. I'm sorta obsessive compulsive about having the absolute fastest startup time possible. Is there a way to overclock the card via the registry?

Coolbits if you use nvidia drivers.

It does not work with the latest offical drivers 12.??
But will with the rest.
