my roommates are using? Via third party software/firmware/drivers?

We're all connected to a Linksys Cable/DSL router, and I think one of my roommies is torrent-ing the network to death.
 
I have full access to the router... is there any way I can get the router itself to tell me? (It seems like such a reasonable feature for a router to have...)
