I made a few videos with my old webcam a while back, now I have a super fast USB 2.0 cam and the quality is amazing.

Is there any software I can use to increase the quality of my old videos? They are incredibly choppy and very grainy, you can barely make out details in the shot.
 
well that sucks ass


In photoshop, you could take a crappy picture and sharpen it up. Why cant you do that with a video? Theres absolutely no way to alter a videos quality for the good?
