Is there any way to "cure" a food allergy?

For the life of me I just can't consume anything with wheat or rice in it, and it's become a real pain in the ass as EVERYTHING AMERICANS EAT CONTAINS WHEAT OR RICE OF SOME SORT.

Just wondering if there's anything I can do, for the most part eating wheat or rice makes me break out, get oily skin and feel like crap.

It's really to bad to because I don't much care for chocolate or sweets and everything that's tasty = off limits. Lettuce and meat is getting old and I HATE potatos.

I suppose the thing that's pissing me off the most is the sh*t I get from people, " OHHH COME ON, HAVE SOME, WHAT ARE YOU ON A DIET OR SOMETHING, YOUR TO SKINNY TO BE ON A DIET, YOU EAT LIKE'A GIRL MAN " :|.

as far as I know there isn't anything you can really do. How old are you? I used to have a lot of allergies, both food and others (ragweed, pollen, etc.), but I outgrew many of them as I got older and my immune system got stronger. I'm still allergic to certain airborne pollens and stuff like that but not as bad. Food allergies are basically non-existent for me now.

My brothers had terrible food allergies. Corn, corn syrup, corn starch, sugar, wheat, eggs, milk, etc.

They beat it by getting allergy shots and staying off the foods they were allergic to for about a year then gradually weaning themselves back on.
