Is there any Way to Create a Custom Theme for G-Mail's New Look?

I was able to create a custom theme in G-Mail's old look, but now that I've switched to G-Mail's new look, I do not see this option anymore. Is there any way to create a custom theme in the new look, or perhaps have the custom theme from the old look be brought into the new look?
