Is there any way to block all sounds apart from ones froma certain program?

Say im playing tunes on WMP and i also wanna play starcraft, i wanna hear my tunes while i play, i dont wanna hear a weird mix of my music and the stuff in sc. So is there any way to block all sounds apart from the ones from WMP??

What I do when I want to listen to music on my PC and play games, is to turn off the volume of the game in the game options menu. That usually does the trick for me.
