Is there any utitlity to measure how much power your system is using?

I would like to put a system in a car but I definetly need to find out how much power its pulling so I don't burn up my car!!! If its too much, say more than 110-120 watts then I'll need to go with one of those VIA Epia mobos.. I have right now for the system:

MSI KT4VL KT400 full ATX mobo
mobile XP2500+
256MB Kingston Value Ram
Maxtor 20Gb 7200 RPM HDD
MSI TV tuner
DVD drive

There isn't any software you can use. There are meters available that you plug the PC into and then plug the meter into the wall and it'll tell you how much power it's pulling.

Ditch the full-ATX mobo and go with a MicroATX nForce2-based machine.
