Question Is there any UPS where all outlets on the back are covered by battery and surge not just some?

Most home ups come with one socket that is just filtered and not protected by the battery. Even my 1kva UPSes have one. Just add a power bar for the smaller things like router.

Or you can get something like this

I run an Eaton 9135 5KVA I got off an auction. Have another one and 4 expansion modules.

Yes, I understand what you are saying. I purchased a Cyberpower or APC backup power unit and there just are not enough plugs on the back. Most of the items I need to plug in are VERY LOW WATTAGE for things like transformers for my router and similar things. I just plug in a 10 plug power strip and then plug the power strip into the backup power unit. Problem solved.

Just use an extension strip plugged in to the port with backup on it. Just be sure to not draw more than the UPS is rated for.
