Is there any software shows you the speed that you are downloading and uploading in real time?

For example if you are downoading a file it will show you that you are downloading 70kb/s and if you are uploading a file it will show you that you are uploading 40kb/s in current real time?

You could use Windows perfmon, that's already built into windows. You can look at bytes sent and bytes received.

There are quite a few Konfabulator widgets that'll do the job, such as this one.
