Is there any software can make my MP3's or wavs louder when I burn them to cd?

Is there any software that can make my mp3s louder so when I burn them to a cd they'll be louder than when I just ripped them from the cd and burned them without modifiying them? Thanks.

You can look for a normalizing took for WAVs that will adjust the amplitude of the WAV file from whatever percent to 100%.
