Is there any shareware that can burn cds from ISOs?

I figure there must be one somewhere. Even a trial copy. I just need to do it once (for now). But one that is free may be better for the long run.

If there are no free ones, got any recommendations for best value?

http://www.deepburner.com/ should do it. If you can find a cheap OEM copy of Nero, that'll do everything you need and more.

DVD Decrypter will do it (for both CD and DVD ISOs)

Yep. DVD Decrypter works great and also can be used to rip stuff too.

The above actually creates local disc images in an .ISO format rather than burn an image to a disc.

It does however support a straight "Copy CD" functionality.

Another vote for a number of the tools already mentioned: CD Burner Xp and BurnCDCC.
