Is there any retail m/b that has 2 full pcie 16x and pcie 8x?

The only m/b I've seen with this combo is a high end Dell Dimension workstation with such configuration. Chipset Dell is using is Intel X38.

But I've seen no offers from the retail m/b makers such as Asus, Abit, etc. I want to run a RAID controller that requires an 8x pcie slot.

There's a couple boards out with 3 or 4 PCIE @ 16x.

I think the two high end Asus boards run at 16x 4x 4x,

Whilst you can have 3 (or more) physical x16 slots if you mean electrically x16+x16+x8 it can't be done on X38/X48, it simply doesn't have enough PCI-E lanes.
You can do x16+x16+x4 though such as on abit's IX38 QuadGT.

nVidia's top chipsets can do it but they can have other issues.

the ASUS P5E64 WS EVOLUTION is nice, but at $359 AR, it's not that nice!
