is there any reason to get a 32mb G450 over a 16mb?

I'm obviously not going to be doing any 3D stuff

I'll just be running one monitor at 1280x960@100hz and the other at 1024x768@100hz. so would the extra 16mb make any difference at all to me?

Regardless of the price difference, I wouldn't expect any performance or quality improvement from the extra 16MB at all.

If it's only $5, then why not?

Small price difference, sure. If not, then don't bother, it couldnt help out much at all.

It might slightly help graphics on the web, especially scrolling a page or animated GIFs.

I think you have to specify how you want to divide the memory among each monitor you have connected. So if you can have like 12MB/4MB or 8MB/8MB for example.

I have a G450 16mb and a G550 32mb and you wont be able to run those resolutions with the refresh rate you listed. I would go with the 32mb version.
