Is there any real difference between the sapphire gto2s on newegg? Overclocking considerations?

There's several cards available at newegg that are billed as gto2 from sapphire. I am under the impression that they should all be unlocked to 16 pipes. Some one mentioned that people thought the blue ones didn't overclock as well. Has anyone else heard this? I don't really need the accessories that the other ones have so I'd rather go with the more affordable solution.

Notice they are offering OEM and Retail versions. The difference there should simply be the packaging.
Most of the rest are simply Refurb offerings.

Bump.

Any difference between the blue and red PCB models? The only thing is vivo that I can see and I don't care about that. Anyone have the blue PCB model?

Don't have the blue... Got the red, and it's nice. The OEM $189 one. Comes with 16 pipes already and right out of the box overclocked by 50 clock and 50 memory, no artifacts and never gets above 48c.

Can't wait to get a new cooler. :)

You want the 100130 model. 16 pipes by default, almost garunteed to hit X850XT speeds (mine does 550/600+ with an Arctic silencer on it).

Thats the thing...they're all 100130 models from the looks of it. There's a few letters in the model number after but they all start with 100130 model number wise.

From what I've read around the blue PCB ones don't have a PCI-E power connector and they are usually 1 VGA and one DVI output, the red ones are typically dual DVI. The extra PCI-E connector can make a diffference in overclocking, so be aware of that before buying.

Yeah, I just noticed that its missing the PCI-E connector. I was shooting to get x850xt speeds at least, and xtpe if possible. Maybe I should stay away from the blue then. It was pretty tempting at $150AR

I've heard the coolers are pretty loud on these.

The more expensive GTO^2 ($179.99 after rebate I think) has VIVO, if you need that kind of thing and Dual DVI...otherwise they are quite similar

They're not that bad really... The fan at 50% is fairly unobtrusive over a stock AMD cooler & A couple other case fans. Once you crank up the speed it starts to get loud though.
