Is there any quick way to switch from 'Always On' to 'Minimal Power Management'?

I make a shortcut to the power options and just cick on it, select the tab, change, click apply. If there is a even shorter way, let me know because it would be awesome!

Click on Power Managment Options>Advanced Tab>Check Always show icon on the taskbar.

Left-click on taskbar icon to switch between available power schemes. At least that's how it's done on my laptop.
