I just bought PNY 256MB SDRAM PC133 Memory. After I plug it in I thought I should see a huge difference here. But I did not see a lot of difference in the performence. I have celeron 450M CPU with win2000. Do you think there is some problem to use Mushkin 128Mb PC100 CAS 2 memory and PNY 256MB SDRAM PC133 CAS3 Memory together? I reconfigured CMOS memory settings to 3:3:3 instead of 2:2:2.

By the way, I remember there is one online benchmark site. But I can not recall the name now. Please drop me an site address if you happen to know it. Thanks a lot.

no compatability problems that I know of...but

your ram will only run at the speed of the slowest stick you have installed. As long as you have the pc100 in there your pc 133 will only run at 100 mhz.

If your mobo lets you run the cpu / ram at diff speeds ie: 66mhz cpu 100mhz or 133 mhz ram....... you could try removing the pc 100 and just use just the pc 133 stick.
