Is there any performance difference between these Asus P5K Motherboards?

I'm looking to build a new rig. I was curious if there is any performance difference between these Asus P5K Motherboards?

I don't need wifi so that is not an issue for me. I am more concerned about performance and overclocking.

I'd like to know too. IIRC the basic P5k doesn't use solid caps for all of it's caps, just the ones around the socket. Which model onwards has all solid caps?

ok... i am desperate for any advice on these mobos. i would love to place my order soon for my parts but i am hesitating due to the fact i am uncertain about the mobo.

i would even appreciate any guesses as to whether or not the P5K-E (non-wifi) would perform similarly to the P5K-Deluxe or P5K-E/WiFi.

I have the P5K Premium and OC'd a Q6600 GO stepping @ 3.2 GHz (9*356) at stock voltage.
